MANAGER

£33,000 – £36,000 PA

Our exciting job opportunity allows you to live and work in Argyll and Bute and provides you with a great work-life balance to enjoy some of the most stunning scenery and outdoor life in Scotland.  

We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills who can demonstrate experience in business and financial management, together with a strong track record in communication and partnership working with a wide range of stakeholders.

You will lead and empower the MACPool team to deliver excellent customer services; as well as building on and promoting our thriving, dynamic, and fun facility as a place to be.

The busy Hub facilities include a 20m swimming pool and changing village, with outsourced personal training and therapy spaces, café and children’s soft play area. We are focussed on providing accessible health and wellbeing opportunities with a wide range of activities for all ages and abilities.
