Why do we need your support?
MACPool Activity Hub is a social enterprise run by the registered charity Mid Argyll Community Enterprises Limited.
Swimming pools are notorious for being “Loss Leaders”. What does that mean? It means it costs a lot more to run than it can earn, due to running costs such as heating, filtration systems, electricity, staff etc.
Whilst the redevelopment will enable us to become self sustainable, we will still need to rely on the suppourt and good-will of the community.
