We are delighted to announce we have 5 new staff who have been successfully trained as
Lifeguards and were proud to have been informed by Bryan (the trainer) that ‘overall standards were particularly high’.
Plus, Carol successfully completed her STA Award in Teaching Swimming.
So a big, well-earned ‘Congratulations’ to Carol, Cara, Rose, Abby, Chrystian, and Guy!
The safety and well-
being of all MACPool customers is paramount, which means behind the scenes, staff are constantly working hard to stay ahead of the game. Earlier this month, 3 members of the MACPool team obtained a City and Guilds qualification in Legionella Awareness.
On top of that, April saw all MACPool staff, as well as Vikki from the Salty Dog, trained in Fire Awareness.
Finally, our Health Walk Co-ordinator, Mary, carried out ‘Paths for All’ training for 3 new volunteer health walk leaders.
