This year’s Scottish Sea Farms Crinan Puffer 8.5 mile fun run was a sell -out – and a great success. All of the 175 available places were sold out.
This was the first year MACPool had taken on organisation duties, in conjunction with Jog Scotland. Next year all of the organisation will be taken on by MACPool, with the eventual aim of running more events over different distances.
Matthew Watkiss, from Jog Scotland, was delighted all the runners enjoyed the event :
“This year was yet another successful Crinan Puffer event. I’d like to thank all of the competitors for taking part, Scottish Sea Farms for their sponsorship and all the marshals and volunteers who helped out. We couldn’t run the event without any of these people. It was a great day and I hope to be running myself next year instead of doing all the organising.”
